Alongside leadership and consulting work, I bring hands-on design expertise grounded in a decade of production experience across AAA, AA, and independent projects of multiple genres. I support teams on gameplay-related challenges where clarity, depth, or coherence are lacking.

My role is not to take ownership away from teams, but to strengthen design quality and decision-making where it matters most.
